After production, typical transit is 3–7 business days via standard carriers. Tracking updates by email once your order ships.

Most countries: 7–21 business days after production. Delays can occur due to customs or carrier backlogs.

Damaged, misprinted, or lost? Email support@virali.co within 7 days of delivery (include photos and your order #). We’ll make it right.

International orders may incur customs or VAT charged by your local authority. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by Virali at checkout.
