✅ Return & Replacement Policy

We’re print-on-demand. That means each item is made just for you. We replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. For change-of-mind or wrong size, we don’t accept returns.

🗓️ Window for Claims

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Include your order # and photos.

🔁 Exchanges / Size Issues

Because items are made to order, we can’t offer size exchanges. Check the size chart on each product page; when in doubt, size up for an oversized fit.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Worn/washed items, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, and final-sale items aren’t eligible. Only manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors qualify.

🧾 Proof Required

Please send order number, photos of the issue, and the packing slip (if available) so we can verify with our print partner.

💳 Refunds vs Replacements

For approved claims, we usually issue a free replacement. Refunds are case-by-case. Approved refunds post to your original payment method; allow 5–10 business days after processing.

🛑 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before production starts. Email us ASAP; once in production or shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.

✏️ Address Issues

Entered the wrong address? Email us immediately. If an order returns due to an undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address; reship fees may apply.

📦 How to Start a Claim

Email support@virali.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order #, description, and pictures of the issue.
